Amerine Family Enterprises
Amerine Family Enterprises, parent company of Boss Mudjacking, Genesis Healthy Homes, and Salinity Salt & Float Spa, is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and skilled Administrative Assistant. This role is primarily focused on providing administrative support to our home services businesses, including handling inbound calls, managing scheduling, and aiding in daily operational logistics. Additionally, this role will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing customer relationships from initiation to completion of our services. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Amerine Family Enterprises. Occasional ad hoc responsibilities may also arise to support the Amerine Family Enterprises management team as necessary.

Responsibilities

Field inbound calls for Boss Mudjacking and Genesis Healthy Homes, providing excellent customer service and accurate information.

Manage and coordinate scheduling for both Boss Mudjacking and Genesis Healthy Homes, aligning logistical needs and optimizing operational efficiency.

Facilitate strong internal communication with teams at Boss and Genesis to ensure seamless operations.

Assist in customer relationship management, ensuring a high-quality experience for each customer throughout the sales and work process.

Utilize and manage technology and AI tools designed to optimize work processes.

Learn and understand the scientific aspects of services offered by Genesis Healthy Homes to effectively communicate these to clients.
Qualifications
-
Associate’s Degree or higher preferred; high school diploma required

1-2 years of administrative (or similar) experience
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational abilities.

Tech-savvy with a proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new technology tools.\

Basic understanding of scientific concepts related to indoor air quality, mold, and other home health issues, or the capacity (and curiosity) to quickly learn and understand them.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: The starting salary range is $32,000 - $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Our benefits package currently includes health insurance, with further benefits to be added. Employees are also entitled to paid time off, including vacation, sick days, and holidays.

Location:
The position is expected to begin as a remote role with a transition to a hybrid-work model based out of Overland Park, Kansas in 2024. Consideration for fully remote candidates will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Boss Mudjacking
Boss Mudjacking is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. This role is pivotal for conducting estimates, managing client relationships from initial contact through project completion, and seeking new business opportunities and partnerships. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, highly communicative, and competitive, with a natural propensity to leverage technology tools effectively.
Responsibilities

Conduct and manage client estimates, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Nurture and maintain client relationships, including post-project follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and to explore potential for future business.

Leverage technology and AI tools to manage leads, client interactions, and workflow efficiently.

Develop new business opportunities through partnerships with affiliate businesses, social media campaigns, and other innovative strategies.

Communicate effectively with both clients and internal team members, ensuring the timely and accurate relay of information.

Regularly review performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth, adhering to a competitive mindset.

Requirements

Previous sales experience, preferably in a related field such as construction, home repair, or renovation.

Self-motivated and independently driven, with a demonstrated ability to source additional leads.

Technologically capable, with proficiency in using AI and other digital tools to manage workflow and customer relations.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members.

Compensation
​
Base Salary: $25,000 - $30,000 annually
Commission: 5% - 15% on all sales, depending on sales volume tier and lead source, with additional monthly and annual bonus opportunities for high performance.

Genesis Healthy Homes
Genesis Healthy Homes, a proud subsidiary of Amerine Family Enterprises, is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Lead Service Technician to bolster our team's efforts in ensuring superior home health and indoor air quality across the Kansas City metro region. This role is vital in conducting inspections, testing, remediation, and contributing to our commitment to environmental friendliness and scientific accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
-
Perform comprehensive inspections and assessments for moisture, mold, and indoor air quality, including air quality sampling and restoration of properties damaged by various factors.

Handle or supervise the execution of treatments, estimations, installations, and remediations efficiently and according to protocol, with a focus on mold, moisture, and air quality concerns.
-
Manage projects from inception through to completion, focusing on quality control, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.
-
Ensure effective client communication, providing detailed information about services and project status to clients and the General Manager.
-
Maintain and operate a variety of tools and equipment for water mitigation and environmental remediation, following safety and operational standards.

Acquire and keep up-to-date certifications in Mold Inspection, Testing, and Remediation, as well as Indoor Air Quality Testing.
Requirements
-
Prior experience in restoration, home repair, renovation, or a related field (plumbing, HVAC, etc.) is required. Restoration experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in using hand tools and operating/maintaining specialized remediation equipment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams and with clients.

Willingness to travel overnight as necessary and work in confined spaces.

Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Must adhere to strict safety and operational guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are advantageous.
